Say goodbye to March and hopefully all this crazy Humboldt County weather! Let’s dig into the market stats for the month. Active properties are still hovering just under 200. The pending numbers are up quite a bit to 22. Of those 22 in escrow, 12 are homes, which is a good sign for the area! Sales are up slightly as well with 11. Shelter Cove still leading the way with 4 of those 11, followed by 2 in Benbow, 2 in Garberville, and 3 in miscellaneous areas.
