February started off slow…but things have picked up, despite the crazy weather. Total listings on the market are up slightly. The big news is the pending ( in escrow )—January had only 8, but February had a whopping 20! The Shelter Cove market is still leading the way—of those properties pending, 6 are in Shelter Cove. Similar to the sold listings—8 total for the month and 5 are in Shelter Cove.
For residential sales—2 sales. The highest sold for the month is $415,000 and the lowest was $270,000.
Land sales—5 sales. The highest sold for the month was $200,000 and the lowest was $9,500.
