Active Listings: There’s been a slight climb, transitioning from 256 in June to 272 in July.
Pending Listings: The shift here is quite noticeable! We’ve seen a jump from 9 in June to an impressive 19 in July.
Closed Deals: Matching the trend of the pending listings, we’ve gone from 6 properties sold in June to 13 in July. It’s refreshing to see the market gaining some momentum with both more properties listed and more being sold.
Spotlight on July’s sales:
The star sale of the month was a home in Benbow, fetching a handsome $380,000.
On the flip side, a plot in Shelter Cove found its new owner for just $14,000.
Zooming into the sales’ geographical spread: Shelter Cove boasted 4 sales, Miranda and Myers Flat each had 2, while individual properties found new owners in places ranging from Zenia to Ettersburg.
