Located in Humboldt County The ranch is located a little over an hour’s drive from the Eureka/Arcata airport along a county maintained road. It is about 22 miles east from the coast and is out of the fog belt and zoned mostly AE. The ranch enjoys a healthy amount of rain and occasional snow in the winter, and a long warm stretch in summer. The terrain is comprised of rolling hills and level areas, with a mix of expansive meadows and forestland. Many ponds and streams are found throughout the ranch, as are panoramic views of the river and mountains. The ranch has a rich array of wildlife and is bordered by large timber holdings, government land, and several trophy ranches.
